I just love Tuesday’s, I usually always have new books on order and when I finish work for the day it like opening Christmas presents. Two books that I am excited about this week are Jenny Colgan’s The Bookshop on the Shore and Linda Holmes’ Evvie Drake Starts Over. I will read anything by Jenny Colgan, she always writes the most perfect books to read with a glass of Rose. This is the follow-up to The Bookshop on the Corner, which come on readers, who does not like a book about books and bookshops. Evvie Drake has been on my Radar for awhile now. Tried to get a few ARCs (Advanced Reader Copy’s) to no avail. Alas I must purchase this one. I love 2nd chance love stories and being that I am heading into middle-age I enjoy a book with characters in my own age-range. These should be a lot of fun, but now I just need to figure out when I can read these with my large TBR stacks.
